STANDARD POLICY – PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
This Standard Policy applies to all reservations with deferred payment.
Payment Methods
A 30% deposit must be paid within 48 hours of booking. Failure to pay within this timeframe will automatically cancel the reservation and the room will become available for sale.
A 70% balance must be paid within 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation conditions vary based on the remaining days until arrival:
Up to 45 days prior to arrival ➜ 100% refund of the amount paid.
From 45 to 31 days prior to arrival ➜ Penalty equal to 10% of the total stay amount.
From 30 to 16 days prior to arrival ➜ Penalty equal to 30% of the total stay amount.
From 15 to 4 days before arrival ➜ Penalty equal to 50% of the total stay.
From 3 days before arrival until the day of arrival / No Show ➜ Penalty equal to 100% of the total stay.
